We accept Returns within 30 days for any reason. If you order replacements, we will refund original shipping fees associated with your returns. If you just want a refund we can offer that minus original shipping fees. If your original order included free shipping, we will deduct our cost from the refund. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking if more than four or five items are returned from the same order or at the same time.

The easiest way to order replacements is to purchase them now, then leave a note during checkout that these are replacements for items being returned, and to refund original shipping fees as well on the order. When I receive your returns, instead of a credit, you’ll get a refund since you already bought new items.

This allows you to use a coupon code for the replacements since our system only allows one code per order, and using a credit code would prevent the coupon code.

You are responsible for shipping but if there was an actual problem with the fabric we will also refund your original shipping charges. Refunds will be given as in store credit for softerleggings.com and will be emailed in the form of a coupon code to be entered during checkout of your next order.

Color Disclaimer: We take all of our pictures using pro lighting kits with a galaxy s7 phone as our camera and we do everything possible to ensure the pictures we post match as best as possible the actual fabric colors. However, due to lighting subtleties in our location, your location, processing with our camera, and subsequent viewing on your phone or computer, there may be slight differences in colors. As stated on our returns page, we gladly accept any returns and apologize for any inconvenience.

Sizing: On each product page you will find the official LuLaroe flier describing the sizes for each collection. Please note that LuLaRoe sizing for one collection may not fit the same sizes in another collection. For example, the GiGi collection runs two sizes smaller than the other tee shirt tops so please notice the sizing for each collection.
